Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations & Registration Changes: To request cancellations or changes in your registration type, please email the Conference Secretariat at registration@aprc2026.org
  • Currency Consideration: As payments are made in Thai Baht (THB), refunds will also be issued in THB. Attendees are responsible for any currency exchange differences when converting to other currencies. This policy applies to all refunds.
  • Refund Method: Confirmed refunds will be issued using the original payment method provided during registration.
  • Bank Charges: Participants are responsible for any bank charges associated with the refund process.
